Yellow Rooster just loves electricity,because without it human kind will simply go back to just being monkeys. He knows that with great power comes with great responsibility and that it all comes at a cost. He knows that there is no such thing as infinite energy,everything must be exchanged one way or another. He is conservative,decisive and cares only for perfection. He wishes for a world with clean,efficient green energy without impacting the world and the earth negatively. He is afraid that if human kind can't satisfy their thirst for energy,there won't be anymore energy left to give to anyone. He helps distribute and control the power that is needed to fuel an army and a nation without it's dependency on oil and coal. Because of Black Dragon's attack on the oil industries,this gives Yellow Rooster the chance to make people believe that clean energy is the real way to supply the world.
